How can we help?
Get in touch
Please note that for any urgent or life-threatening conditions, we always recommend that you should call 999 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. We are usually able to provide face to face or remote appointments with our GP’s within 24 hours. Please contact 01442 331 900 to book an appointment.
Our GPs are available seven days a week, offering both face-to-face and digital (telephone or video) appointments. No matter how small or large the concern, they can examine you and make a recommendation for your treatment.
Face-to-face: You will be greeted by a GP or the nurse who is supporting the GP clinic, and shown to a private consulting room.
Digital: You will join the appointment via a video or phone call – access details will be provided in your confirmation email. The GP will conduct your appointment in the same way as a private, face-to-face consultation; the only difference is, you are not in the same room!
No, you do not need a referral for a GP appointment; you can simply call or visit us to book a face-to-face or digital appointment.
First GP appointment: £130
Follow-up appointment: £50
Costs include issue of a prescription(s)/referrals where required.
An expert GP.
During a face-to-face appointment, a nurse may also take your temperature, blood pressure and any other tests that the GP requests.
Face-to-face: You will need to bring a list of any medications that you are currently taking.
Digital: Ahead of your appointment, you will receive an email providing simple step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for and join your call. It would also help for you to find a space with privacy and a strong internet or phone connection. You will need either a phone, tablet, laptop or computer, depending on the type of appointment booked.
A letter will be sent to you and your NHS GP (with your permission) detailing the outcome of your consultation, along with recommendations for future treatment which we can organise for you. For example, the GP may ask for additional tests.
You can simply call us on 01442 331 900 to book an appointment or complete the contact form here to make a booking enquiry.
