Rheumatology is the branch of general medicine concerned with the development, diagnosis and treatment of auto-immune diseases that affect the joints, bones, muscles and connective tissue. We offer outpatient clinics with Consultant Rheumatologists, supported by our Diagnostic Imaging Centre for x-ray, ultrasound and MRI scanning.
We can care for you from the diagnosis through to treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of rheumatological conditions including arthritis, back, neck, shoulder, knee, ankle pain or sports injuries and rehabilitation, connective tissue disease, degenerative joint disease. fibromyalgia, lupus osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, sciatica, soft tissue disorders such as tennis elbow and carpal tunnel.
