Hello, I’m Dr Nighat I am a mum of 3boys and live in Buckinghamshire. I am an NHS GP of nearly 15years experience and in 2019 I started to highlight Womens Health and menopause care that is available on the NHS so that you could go empowered to your GP.Â
Once the pandemic hit, my career options changed and I started doing some media work, having no real expectations that it would amount to anything. I still treat each gig as if it’s my last.Â
I love making educational social media content in Urdu/Punjabi about women health. I also like working on my fitness, I recently learnt how to swim, I love baking and attending the theatre.
