The Specialist Orthodontist will take impressions that will be sent to a dental laboratory to cast models of your teeth. This creates a pre-treatment record of your teeth.
Depending on the orthodontic treatment you have opted for, your appliance may be fitted at the next appointment.
The Specialist Orthodontist will need to see you every six weeks to check and adjust your orthodontic appliance.
Orthodontic treatment length can vary depending on the severity of your case. When your orthodontic treatment is complete, you will be fitted with a fixed retainer and/or removable retainer.
